March Update

European Spring is around the corner and I wanted to provide you with a quick update on my season so far and my upcoming plans.
I have just returned from a month of training in South Africa, followed by two ProGolfTour events in Egypt. I started the year by playing the qualifier for the Investec SA Open on the DP World Tour, shooting 67 and missing out by just one stroke.

Entry lists for the Hotelplanner Tour have been more competitive this year than we expected, and I wasn’t able to get into the events in India. With many factors influencing the invite situation with SwissGolf, my schedule will be much fuller once the European season starts in May. My primary focus for the year remains 100% on the Hotelplanner Tour—I just need to stay patient until then.
Since I didn’t get into the India events, I played two ProGolfTour events in Egypt as a warm-up for the Hotelplanner Tour season. I played super consistent golf over three days, shooting rounds of 66, 65, and 68 to finish at -17. I came so close to my first professional win! In the playoff, we had a great battle, but the decisive putts just didn’t drop. Still, it was a fantastic experience to start the final day as the leader, and it’s important to keep putting myself in these situations—since that’s exactly where I want to be going forward.
In the second event, I was once again right in the mix after two rounds (68, 67) and went into the final round with high hopes. Unfortunately, I could only manage an even-par round, which placed me in 15th position. This showed me once again how important recovery between tournaments is—especially with only two days between events. However, it also confirmed that my game is still on the right track, and I’m excited for my upcoming Hotelplanner Tour starts!
My goal for 2025 is to qualify for the Hotelplanner Tour playoff events in China, which would secure my card for 2026 and give me the opportunity to make it to the Final in Mallorca. I know this will be a challenging task given the limited starts, but I will treat each one as an opportunity and apply the knowledge I gained from my rookie season in 2024.
Let’s have a great year!
